We are landlords in the Algarve, we live here and would like to inspire you for the country.
The eastern Algarve is still unaffected by the mass tourism. Most of the beaches are still unspoilt. Children enjoy the friendliness of the Algarvios. All our holidays objects are situatet between Altura and Monte Gordo, about 600 m to 6 km away from the unspoilt beaches. Seven golf courses are in direkt proximitiy.
All accommodations are private and have access to the houses of the landlords. Bedlinen, towels and kitchen laundry are all included and changed weekly. In all kitchens you find stove, grill, microwave, cooling freezing combination, coffee machine, toaster, juicer and kettle.
Casa Arco-Iris
Our Casa Arco Iris (House Rainbow) is situated in the small village São Bartolomeu do Sul (Castro Marim), just 2000 m away from the beach. With a master bedromm and a childrens bedroom with bunkbed it offers you the space for 2 adults and 2-3 children. Certainly it is complete and more than appropriately furnished. You will find fridge-freezer, microwave, coffee-maker, juicer, kettle and new, a washing-maschine.

Sétimo Céu (7th Heaven) is an one bedroom apartment, however by the additionally, comfortable sleeping sofa (couch surface 140x200 cm) it is suitable for up to 4 person. Situated in a new built urbanisation with view of the protected area Sapal and the sea. The apartment Alegria lies in a newly built urbanisation, close to nature reservation "Sapal" and with a view to the close sea. The friendly landlords arrange a family atmosphere for each guest. Children are very welcome.

This is the perfect home for a couple or small family with a max. one child. Here is everything you need to make relaxing holidays. A large living room with a comfortable double bed, a sofa on which a child can sleep well and a cozy breakfast area. Casa Sonia is a very open plan, modern furnished house. The spacious living area with satellite TV and fireplace invites you to cozy gathering. The kitchen is open with island and offers all the comfort, side on side with the spacious dining area. With its 3 bedrooms, 2 with bath en-suite, it has room for 6 persons, in addition, there is a guest toilet. A nice patio with gas grill by the pool with the sun terrace completes the oasis. The house was completed in 2009, furnished and decorated by the owners with taste and attention to detail. There is also a special feature in the low season: the house can also to be hired with max. 2 adults and 2 children. Apartment Casablanca was completed in 2010 and suits for a family with two children. It is located just 100 meters from the beach of Altura in the second floor of a larger building, at the ground floor is the restaurant "Casablanca". The apartment consists of a large comfortably furnished living room, bedroom, kitchen with washing machine and dishwasher and a bathroom. In front of the living and bedroom is a balcony from the kitchen you step on a roofterrace of 12 m² with barbecue. A underground car parking is available. Non-smoking and pet free. corner. The bath room has a bath tub, a bidet and an external window, the separate bedroom a portuguese double bed (135x190 cm large).
Apartment Isabel was finished in 2010. There really is plenty of room for a family with two children. Apartment Isabel is in the first Floor of an apartment building. An elevator is available, thus the apartment is also for disabled. Non smoker.
"House Bella" is a very comfortable House, with a big living-room, 4 bedrooms, kitchen and 2 bathrooms it offers plenty of space for 4 Adults and 4 Children. It has full equipment: almost every room has A/C. The kitchen has a microwave, toaster, coffeemaker, fridge with freezer, dish-washer and a Washing-machine. One bathroom offers a bathtub and a shower, the other is a shower bathroom. From the southside of the house, there is a big Varanda with sliding glass doors, so you can have breakfast outdoors, even in the winter. With that, there is a aarden with old trees. Special: in the secondary season you can also only rent it for 2 adults and 2 children, if you wish to do so. This is what the second price in the table is for.
